Job responsibilities
1. Focus on the development of relevant original factory dynamics, and establish a good cooperative relationship with the original factory, customers, and the same industry;
2. According to the sales tasks assigned by the company, break down to their respective product lines and make plans, including customer visit plans, sales target decomposition plans, goods preparation forecasts, payment collection plans, etc;
3. Be responsible for the breakthrough and development of key customers, and expand the market popularity and sales volume of Jamaican proxy connectors and relays;
4. According to the overall strategic arrangement of the company, formulate and adjust sales tactics, that is, specific business development methods (including: customer entry methods, customer tracking methods, customer maintenance and the planning and implementation of new tactics);
5. Customer relationship maintenance, contract preparation and participation in contract negotiation, finding and tracking customer projects, conducting business negotiations, organizing and coordinating R&D cooperation, and promoting project management;
6. Timely communicate with the original factory and relevant partners, and cooperate with the original factory to develop and maintain customers;
7. Timely feed back customer dynamics and market information (oral+written) to leaders, sales, FAE and other relevant departments for quick response and feedback.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of working experience in the same position in connector, relay and other product lines, contact with electronics and related categories is preferred;
2. Be familiar with the development process of new product line, and have strong resource integration ability, product development and product coordination ability;
3. Have a strong sensitivity and insight into the market, be familiar with market consumer behavior, have a certain degree of awareness and understanding of products and market positioning, and be good at user insight;
4. Sensitive to data, good at understanding customer behavior and needs through data analysis, and constantly operating innovative methods to achieve customer needs;
5. Have a keen ability to analyze and judge the market demand of product line users, have a clear understanding and grasp of the development pattern and trend of the industry, and understand the industrial norms and certification system such as product production and processing.

1. Salary structure: fixed salary+full attendance+year-end double salary;
